In the year 2009, underground labels are at an all-time high. However, are these smaller labels the fruits of dreaming entrepreneurs or naive purists?
I sat down with my longtime friend Billy Palmier – who’s running his own independent Citywurl Records from his Schaarbeek headquarters in Brussels – to hear his motivations behind starting his own label.
