True indeed, there’s moments in life where you don’t hesitate to confirm when asked ‘so, you’re a blogger?‘. Especially not when three minutes later an offer has been made, which is basically some sort of crazy dream: ‘Well then, mister On-Point,’ the dame continued, ‘what if we’d celebrate your greatness, on the very point of the world, would you like that?’.
‘Euh… I beg your pardon? Ma’am?’ The lady went on, whilst I drew me a little version of the world…
On the southern point of Latin America there is a place called Ushuaia, the southernmost city of the world. On a secret location on this special place at the end of the world, whiskey brand J&B’s is throwing an unexpected party, which yours truly was asked to attend.
An offer I couldn’t resist, so off I go, packing the bags, which has me wondering what people wear at the end of the world…
Wuk? do they wear?! All I know is my system seems to be made up to the red:
I will be back next wednesday already, and by that time you’ll know all about this adventure to the end of the world, which will feature a stop in Buenos Aires, some wicked boat action, maybe some penguins, some Latin superstars, a lot of photos and possibly a small video report. Allow me to thank the fine people of J&B’s for this experience: thankyouverymuch!
Argentine, here I come!

If your ticket is booked, I’m gonna have to agree with mr. Palmier. They’re gonna have you zip it with (arctic) ice though, maybe meant to ease the pain a little. If it would be for Laphroaig whiskey though, I’d consider swimming around the continent (naked).
But still… youz a lucky man, boyyy. If possible, don’t forget to hike the Andes glaciers, or visit the Iguasu waterfalls. Enjoy!

Favorite destination right here !
Buenos Aires, the food, the records… there are a couple of second-hand stores to check out, to say the least. Ushuaia is real touristic, but the nature and the light in Tierra de Fuego is just incredible. There’s at least one thing you have to do : spend a night outdoors in one of those haciendas. Camping, red wine, cheese, cosy around the fire you know… Bring some walking shoes and get into the wild !
